The Company receives consultation requests for the following services:

The website does not directly process payments or conclude contracts. After a consultation request is submitted, follow-up may proceed through phone, Zalo, WhatsApp, mobile text message, or other separate communication channels.

Applicants should enter only the minimum information necessary for consultation. Information unrelated to consultation, such as health data, criminal history, political opinions, religion, or trade union membership, should not be entered.
Visa type, residence status, and school name are generally processed as ordinary consultation information. However, information relating to nationality, country of origin, race, or ethnicity may be handled carefully and only to the extent necessary. If separate consent is required for sensitive information or legally protected identifiers, the Company will conduct a separate consent process.
3.3 Automatically generated or server operation data
The Company does not separately store user IP addresses as part of consultation request data. However, general server access logs may include access time, requested URL, browser/User-Agent, and IP address.
Such logs are used only for troubleshooting, security checks, and detecting abnormal access. They are not used for advertising or marketing.

Where retention is required by law, the Company may retain the relevant information for the statutory period and will not use it for other purposes.

However, if the applicant expressly decides to proceed with a specific service and the provision of personal information is necessary, the Company may provide information after obtaining separate consent.

This Privacy Policy does not constitute blanket consent to such third-party provision. At the actual time of provision, the Company will notify the applicant of the recipient, purpose, items, retention period, and right to refuse, and will obtain separate consent.
6. Outsourcing and Overseas Processing

The processors process data only for storage, transmission, and staff notification purposes. They are not authorized by the Company to use the data independently for marketing purposes.
Overseas processing is performed by network transmission to the extent necessary to provide online consultation request reception and follow-up. Applicants may refuse overseas processing; however, online form submission and staff notification may be restricted, making it difficult to provide the service.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, the Company destroys personal information without undue delay.
- Electronic files: deleted in a manner that makes recovery or reproduction difficult
- Google Sheets or similar stored data: deletion of rows or files, emptying trash where necessary
- Messenger or notification records: deletion or access restriction where operationally feasible
- Paper documents, if any: shredding or destruction

Applicants, regardless of nationality, residence status, or language, may exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

9. Children Under 14
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. The service is primarily intended for foreign students in Korea and adult applicants.
If the Company confirms that information of a child under 14 has been entered, it will delete the information without undue delay or review whether legal guardian consent is required.

GA4 cookies use anonymized IP addresses and do not directly identify individuals. User identifiers are randomly generated and are not used for advertising tracking or third-party marketing.
11.2 Browser Storage
Language settings such as ko, vi, or en may be stored in localStorage for user convenience. To the extent such information does not identify a specific individual, it is not treated as personal information.
Users may delete browser-stored information and GA4 cookies directly through browser settings or storage clearing features.
